Resolution Approving the Miller's Landing Business Improvement District 2021 Operating Plan and Budget

Executive Summary
Each year per Colorado Revised Statute §31-25-1211, business improvement districts shall file an operating plan and its proposed budget for the next fiscal year with the clerk of the municipality no later than September 30 of each year. The municipality shall approve or disapprove the operating plan and budget within thirty days after receipt, but no later than December 5.
The Resolution (Attachment A) to approve the Miller’s Landing Business Improvement District 2021 Operating Plan and Proposed Budget (Exhibit 1) is attached.
