Executive Summary
Castle Rock Town Code 2.17.010(C) states in the unavailability of the Hearing Officer, the Municipal Judge or an Alternate Municipal Judge may serve as the Interim Hearing Officer until the Hearing Officer is available or a new Hearing Officer is appointed by Town Council.
Our Municipal Judge, Louis Gresh, has been serving as the Interim Hearing Officer due to the unavailability of the Hearing Officer. Our Hearing Officer has since passed, and staff requests that Town Council appoint Louis Gresh as the Hearing Officer and approve the attached Services Agreement.
