Resolution Extending the Declared Disaster Enacted by Resolution 2020-039

Executive Summary
The Resolution extends the Town’s COVID-19 Declared Disaster, which is set to expire June 30, 2020, to September 30, 2020. Due to the current and future effects of COVID-19 Safer-At-Home Orders and the current and potential future impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic on local businesses and the community as a whole, the Town seeks to continue the declared disaster first enacted via Resolution 2020-039 on March 17, 2020.
Town staff recommends adoption of the Resolution continuing the COVID-19 Declared Disaster.
