Executive Summary
The Ordinance provides revisions to the Castle Rock Municipal Code to allow Town Council to adopt telephone and electronic participation for Council Members and the general public at Council meetings via resolution. Additionally, Town Council will obtain authority to amend Town Boards and Commission bylaws to allow for telephone and electronic participation by Board members, Commissioners, and the general public.
