The meeting was called to order by Vice Chair Katie Gasper at approximately 4:03  
p.m. Town of Castle Rock Staff Liaison Maia Yates was also present.

ART ENCOUNTERS  
PAC 2024-012  
2024-2025 Douglas County Art Encounters  
Members of the commission reviewed and ranked the submissions to the  
2024-2025 Douglas County Art Encounters Program. Julisa Morris and staff will  
attend the County's selection meeting on Wednesday, April 10. It was confirmed  
that Julisa and staff should select four to five sculptures for Castle Rock this year  
for installation throughout Town. Ken Greenberg suggested looking into  
partnership opportunities with Arapahoe Community College's Sturm Collaboration  
Campus for future art installations as well.
