COUNCIL COMMENTS  
Mayor Gray hopes we have a safe and fair vote.  
Councilmember Hollingshead spoke to students about running for local office to  
show regular people serve.  
Councilmember Bracken wished all the candidates good luck and it is worth the  
effort to serve our community.  
Councilmember Dietz is hopeful for the best for everyone and hopes this election  
will bring back joy and patriotism.  
Executive Session Report: October 15, 2024 - A conference with the  
Town Attorney, to be conducted in accordance with Section  
24-6-402(4)(b), C.R.S., for the purpose of receiving legal advice on  
the Douglas County Pine Canyon Development Rezoning and Water  
Appeal  
Mayor Gray reported on the Executive Session and confirmed there were no  
objections.
