property annexed into the Town known as Canyons Far South, approved by Town  
Council March 7, 2023, be placed into District 2. The motion passed by a vote of:

Informational Updates for Election Commission  
Kristin Read, Assistant Town Manager, provided an update on election related  
items. The Commissioners desired a future meeting to be presented with  
legislative updates and proposed Town Election Code amendments that staff will  
coordinate.  
Moved by Vice Chair Kallweit, seconded by Commissioner Bellis, to Direct Staff to  
coordinate an Election Commission meeting after June 1, 2024. The motion passed
