Executive Summary
The purpose of this agenda item is for members of the Tri Arts Project to provide an overview of current projects and efforts. TAP is an inclusive art community created to provide a space in Castle Rock for the education, creation and presentation of the arts. TAP focuses on helping aspiring and current artists TAP into their inspiration.
