Executive Summary
The Historic Preservation Board has been discussing various amendments to the Historic Preservation Ordinance (Chapter 15.64). Attached is a draft amendment to the Ordinance. Changes made in the amendment include;
• Neighborhood Meeting Requirements
• Written Notice Requirements
• Change to the age requirement for demolition permit review
• Addition of approval time periods
• Addition of contributing structures to the local restoration grant
