Executive Summary
The Town Clerk’s office worked with Town Council to streamline Board and Commission bylaws and charters to provide consistency with Town Code. Staff recommend that members review the current and proposed bylaws provided in Attachment A and consider their approval. In June, members will be required to sign an oath. Staff will prepare these documents for each member for the June meeting.

“I move to approve the new bylaws as presented.”
