SUMMARY

 

The application is for a New Lodging & Entertainment Liquor License from MV Nail Spa Promenade castle Rock LLC dba M Vince Nail Spa located at 6376 Promenade Parkway, A-4, A-400.

 

The members of MV Nail Spa Promenade Castle Rock LLC dba M. Vince Nail Spa are:

The operating manager that will oversee the day-to-day operations of the business is:

                     Binh Ly

 

                     The application for the New Lodging and Entertainment license was submitted to the Town Clerk’s Office on December 6, 2021.

 

                     Fingerprints were completed by the Applicant and manager and forwarded to CBI for clearance showing no history affecting the issuance of a liquor license.

 

                     The application was submitted to the State for their approval on December 6, 2021.

 

                     In accordance with State law, the property was posted with a Public Hearing Notice on January 20, 2022; and a Public Hearing Notice was published in the Douglas County Newspress on January 20, 2022.

 

                     Town Staff has reviewed all documents required to apply for a license, and has found them to be complete and in compliance with State Statute, Liquor Regulations and Town Code.

 

                     Petitions reflecting the needs and desires of the neighborhood that includes adult inhabitants and businesses within a one-mile radius of the premise have been submitted, and 99% of those questioned favor issuance of the license.

 

                     The applicant will continue to work with the Town to ensure compliance with Town Code and requirements to obtain a Certificate of Occupancy.

 

                     A Stocking permit may be obtained after State and Town approval and a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy is issued to allow the operating manager to order liquor and stock the premise.

 

                     If Town and State approval is obtained, the liquor license will be issued upon the receipt of a Certificate of Occupancy.
