Neighboring Communities Council Meetings Summary

Discussion
Town Council meetings are currently held in a hybrid format with the opportunity for in-person attendance and the ability to participate and provide public comments remotely through WebEx.
Community Relations reviewed how neighboring municipalities are currently hosting Council meetings and found that the Town of Castle Rock’s practices are among the most evolved and inclusive.
Most municipalities that provide hybrid meeting options do provide the option to give public comment remotely. Many of the surrounding municipalities only offer in-person meetings and public comment options.
