Executive Summary
The Public Art Commission was invited to judge the 2021 Holiday Card Art Contest being ran through the Town’s Community Relations Division. The division invited students to submit any two-dimensional art medium. The winning art will be featured on the Town’s official 2021 holiday card, displayed in Town and used for marketing. The winner will also be recognized at the November 16, 2021 Town Council meeting and will receive a set of printed cards and a $100 gift card. Set requirements included that the students must live or attend school in Castle Rock and that art should be scaled to a 5-inch by 7-inch proportion, but no larger than 11-inch by 17-inch. The two submissions received are attached.
