Executive Summary
The 2021 Artfest was held in Downtown Castle Rock on Saturday, Sept. 11 and Sunday, Sept. 12. The Public Art Commission attended to raise awareness of public art and hosted a rock painting activity. Staff has included this agenda item in case members would like to debrief the event and attendance.
