Executive Summary
The 2021 Artfest will be held in Downtown Castle Rock on Saturday, Sept. 11 and Sunday, Sept. 12. The Public Art Commission has attended in the past to raise awareness of public art within the community. Staff recommend that the Commission discuss attendance to this year’s event.
