Alberta Development Partners (Applicant) is requesting approval of an amendment to Planning Area Three (PA3) of the Promenade at Castle Rock Planned Development Plan (PDP). PA3 is generally located in the center of the Promenade between Promenade Parkway and Castlegate Drive West.
