Executive Summary
To promote Art Encounters and encourage community engagement, the Public Art Commission elected to use Otocast for the 2020-2021 Art Encounters program. The free mobile app provides audio tours of the seven sculptures installed throughout Castle Rock. Staff has added this item to the agenda to consider additional efforts to market its use prior to the end of this year’s program.
