Executive Summary
A vacancy recently opened on the Public Art Commission through the resignation of Susan Paulsen. The Commission’s Council Liaison Caryn Johnson, Vice Chair Lauri Maloney and Staff Liaison Maia Aman interviewed four candidates to fill the vacancy on Friday, Nov. 20. The interview panel recommends the appointment of Yontae Johnson to fill the partial term with an end date of May 31, 2021.
The Public Art Commission makes recommendations to Town Council regarding the acquisition, the management and the conservation of public art. This commission is represented by seven members, whose meetings are open to the public and may be attended by one or more Town Council members.
