BACKGROUND
The application for the Transfer of a Beer and Wine license was submitted to the Town Clerk’s Office on September 15, 2020; and the property was posted on October 9, 2020. Transfer applications do not require needs and desires of the neighborhood, so a petition was not required. Transfer applications do not require a hearing, but if a hearing is required, only posting the notice at the location of the license is required.
RECOMMEDATION
Staff recommends approval of the Transfer application for a Beer and Wine License to Kambsland LLC.
