Executive Summary
Norris Design, on behalf of ADAMO Homes, is requesting approval of a Site Development Plan (SDP) for townhomes known as Greystone Villas, located west of the intersection of S. Gilbert Street and Baldwin Ranch Road (Attachment A). The SDP proposes one three-story building containing five townhome units with attached garages. SDPs for residential use require public hearing before the Planning Commission who shall review the proposal and provide a recommendation to Town Council.
Staff finds the SDP meets the Town of Castle Rock 17.38.040 Site Development Plan review and approval criteria and recommends that Planning Commission recommend approval of the Greystone Villas site development plan to Town Council.
