Executive Summary
Staff would like to update the Commission regarding the following items:
Tree of Wings Dedication
A dedication event for Tree of Wings will be held this evening. Staff recommend that the meeting commence at approximately 5 p.m. so refreshments can be set up and to greet attendees as they arrive.
Otocast Plaques
At the September meeting, Commission members discussed signage for Otocast that could be installed at each Art Encounters sculpture. Staff would like members to quickly review the draft language for the plaque, which will be available at the meeting, and will then proceed to place an order and install the signage after their review.
