Executive Summary
The purpose of this memorandum is to update Commission on the year end 2019 financial management plan, which has been updated with all year end 2019 actual numbers and the 2020-2024 forecast numbers. Included in the report also are the details that look at the 2019 budget versus the 2019 actuals and any differences that can be seen. Part of the plan also looks at the year-end key performance indicators that we track yearly and how the utility performed on each of these. Also shown are the rates and fees study along with the benchmarking and affordability studies for how we ended the 2019 study.
