Executive Summary
This year’s annual Artfest event will tentatively be held on Sept. 12 and 13 in Downtown Castle Rock. Last year, the Commission hosted a table and paint-by-number event to increase public awareness of art in the Castle Rock community and of the Public Art Commission and its website.
Staff recommends that the Commission consider whether or not it would like to attend this year’s event to begin planning discussions in July if appropriate.
