Executive Summary
We would like to welcome Katheryn Willie, Joel Woods and Debra Beck to the Public Works Commission. All were interviewed and approved by Town Council at their May 19 meeting.
A new Chair and Vice-Chair will need to be nominated and elected by the Commission at this meeting. Terms for officers shall be from this date to June 2021. The Chair is the executive officer of the commission and presides over all meetings, can call special meetings and workshop sessions, signs documents, cancel regular meetings, and see that all actions of the Commission are properly taken. The Vice-Chair has the same duties and authorities as the Chair in the absence of the Chair.
