Executive Summary
At the Council study session held on January 21 staff presented materials on the background, recent reviews and Town Code authority for the Design Review Board (DRB) and also presented a threshold for certain size Site Development Plans (SDP) in the downtown area to be jointly reviewed by both the DRB and Town Council. The study session concluded without definitive direction on an ordinance/Town Code change and staff would like further Council direction on whether to place this issue back on a future Council agenda. Attached are links to the January 21 materials including the PowerPoint used during the presentation.
Proposed Motion
“I move direct staff to place this issue on a future Town Council agenda for further direction on a possible Town Code ordinance change.”
OR
“Decline to direct staff to proceed with this issue at this time.”
