Executive Summary
The Town Council is proceeding with the annual Boards and Commissions Annual Recruitment process.
To summarize the recruitment schedule:
• April 12 - 30: Applications open.
• May 1: Applications Close 5PM.
• May 2 - 8: Review applications and schedule interviews with candidates
• May 11 - 13: We will be conducting all interviews remotely via Webex for all B&Cs, but over several days.
o We will schedule the interviews for 15 minutes, and we will plan to interview all applicants including incumbents.
• May 13 - 14: Notify Shannon of our Recommended Appointments, to be added to the Council Agenda for May 19.
o Also we will notify recommended candidates.
• May 19: Town Council Meeting - Appointments Ratified.
• May 20: Notify Appointed members, send Welcome packets.
Castle Rock Water Commission has four positions that will be open this year. Three of those positions can be filled by existing Commissioners, but they will need to reapply and reinterview as part of the process. One position is open as a result of the resignation of Commissioner Forester. The Commissioners that need to reapply and reinterview are as follows:
