Executive Summary
The purpose of this memorandum is to update Castle Rock Water Commission on the 2020 Rates and Fees Study anticipated timeline.
For the 2020 Rates and Fees Study, the timeline will remain similar to the 2019 Study with the two readings being brought to council in September 2020 (Attachment A). Throughout the process, CRW staff will be bringing deliverables to commission as they become available.
The following are the forecasted rate changes for 2021 by enterprise fund based on the 2019 Rates and Fees Study:
