Executive Summary
Plum Creek Investments, LLC has requested approval of a Site Development Plan for a gas station with a carwash, convenience store, and additional retail space. The proposed Site Development Plan is located at the south-east corner of East Plum Creek Parkway and Lake Gulch Road. The property is subject to the Residential/Nonresidential Interface Regulations thus requiring a public hearing before the Planning Commission who shall review the proposed plan and provide a recommendation to Town Council.
