Executive Summary

The following is a listing of regularly scheduled Town Council Meetings in 2020 for Council review. Staff is recommending Council call a Study Session on January 21, 2020, beginning at 5:00 p.m. at Town Hall for the purposes of discussing the Design Review Board. The Council meeting would convene at 6:00 p.m. after study session.

Staff also recommends calling the Special Council meeting on May 12, 2020, beginning at 5:00 p.m., at Town Hall, for the purposes of conducting annual Town Boards and Commissions interviews.

Town Council has in the last few years also cancelled the first meeting in August in order to attend

the Police Department’s National Night Out event, so staff is recommending Council cancel the meeting on August 4, 2020.
