Executive Summary
The purpose and intent of this report is to provide Town Council with a summary of quasi-judicial projects. In order to provide all parties with due process under law, decision makers must be fair and impartial when considering quasi-judicial applications such as those attached to this memorandum (Attachment A).
Many of the attached projects do not have public hearing dates yet, but Town Council could be asked to consider them in the future. The Town’s Development Activity map provides information on staff-reviewed applications and applications already approved by Town Council. Those applications can be found at: CRgov.com/ <http://www.crgov.com/inyourbackyard>developmentactivity.
New Applications
110 N. Lewis Street Accessory Dwelling Unit - USR19-0004:
The property owner of 110 N. Lewis Street, Jodie Anderson, has submitted a request for a Use by Special Review application for removal of an existing detached garage and adding a new one-story detached garage with an accessory dwelling unit (ADU). The new garage will be 725 square feet and the new ADU will be 662 square feet. Planning Commission and Town Council hearings are required and will be scheduled when ready.
