All community development activity information is located on the Town website under the Development Activity link and In Your Backyard interactive map.

Meadows Senior Retirement Community Inquiry

 

 

Resort Lifestyle Communities is seeking feedback on a senior living retirement community located south of Meadows Parkway and adjacent to the Town’s East Plum Creek trailhead parking lot. The applicant is proposing 130 studio, one, two and three bedroom apartments within a three-story, 180,000 square foot building with numerous community amenities. Timing of the project is unknown. The proposal is located in Councilmember Bracken’s district.

Meadows Joint Identification Sign on Lombard Street

 

 

Castle Rock Development Company is seeking information for a new joint identification monument sign on the northwest corner of Lombard Street and Meadows Parkway. The proposal is to provide a gateway, multi-tenant monument sign. Timing of the project is unknown. The proposal is located in Councilmember Bracken’s District.

o                     IREA Substation, construction documents, located east of Castle View High School and ACC Collaboration Campus.
