Executive Summary
The Board of the Town of Castle Rock Festival Park Commons General Improvement District approved their 2020 Budget at their October 1, 2019 meeting. In accordance with state statute CRS 29-1-105, the Town of Castle Rock Festival Park Commons General Improvement District is submitting their 2020 Budget to Town Council to ratify in accordance with the policies of the Town of Castle Rock.
Staff Recommendation
Staff recommends that Town Council approve the Resolution as written.
