Update: Development Services Customer Survey






The theme of the Town’s Development Services Enterprise has long been, “We are, first and foremost, a customer service agency.” In further pursuit of that theme, the enterprise this month is launching a new electronic customer service survey aimed at providing customers an instrument to provide instant feedback to the Town.


Development Services and Town Manager’s Office staff worked together to develop the survey. The process included reviewing other development services agencies’ customer surveys for pertinent questions to ask our customers.


The resulting electronic survey (Attachment A) has about 10 questions and is estimated to take customers less than 5 minutes to complete. The survey will be automatically distributed to all customers using the enterprise’s eTRAKiT system.


Responses will be analyzed on an ongoing basis so that any potential improvements can be identified and implemented as rapidly as possible.
