Executive Summary
The Election Commission members will discuss any recommended changes from their review of the Election Commission Regulations, and the Town Code and Town Charter regarding elections.
Continuing discussion from September 30, 2019 meeting.
• Creating overall Regulations document that can be amended as needed.
• Create a process for communication of campaign violations and outcomes.
• Report back of 2016 report of violation outcome.
• Evaluate need for revision to violations process and involvement of Election Commission.
