Staff has tentatively reserved the Council Chambers for dates that Commissioners previously stated they were available and Council Chambers was available for the remainder of the year:
• Wednesday, December 18
Chambers availability in January
• Monday, January 13
• Wednesday, January 15
• Monday, January 27
• Wednesday, January 29
• Thursday, January 30
Staff needs to free up Council Chambers if the Election Commission does not want to hold a meeting in December or January.
Staff requests that if the Election Commission wishes to schedule a meeting in December or January, to provide a motion to call the meeting(s).
