SUMMARY
Whole Foods Market Rocky Mountain/Southwest, LP dba Whole Foods Market located at 6384 Promenade Parkway is applying for a New Fermented Malt Beverage License; and has requested a Concurrent Review. Their application was sent to the State on July 3, 2019.

Representatives of the petition company will be present at the hearing to provide additional information requested by the Authority.

RECOMMEDATION
Staff recommends approval of the application for a New Fermented Malt Beverage License.
