Executive Summary
Interviews with residents who applied to serve on Town Boards and Commissions were held during the Special Council Meeting on May 14, 2019, and the recommended appointments were ratified on
May 21.
The Public Art Commission retained one vacancy following the interviews on May 14. The vacancy remained advertised on CRgov.com, and an application was received on July 9, 2019 from Trina Homstad. The Commission Chair, Council liaison and staff liaison interviewed Ms. Homstad on July 11, and the interview panel believes her background and experience would make her a valuable member of the Public Art Commission.
The Public Art Commission is recommending the appointment of Trina Homstad, for a partial term ending May 31, 2021.
