Executive Summary
Staff is recommending Council call a Study Session to precede the Council Meeting on August 20, 2019, from 5:00-7:00 p.m., and to set the Council Meeting to begin at 7:00 p.m.
Staff is also requesting Council to consider rescheduling the November 19, 2019 Council Meeting due to absences of Councilmembers attending a National League of Cities Conference that week. Staff recommends Council cancel the November 19 Council Meeting, and call a Special Council Meeting on November 26, 2019, at 6:00 p.m., at Town Hall.
