Executive Summary
In effort to assist with coordinating a meeting with Town Council and the Board of County Commissioners, staff submitted a query to Councilmembers’ schedules and determined the best available date for the majority of Councilmembers is Monday, July 29, 2019. The purpose of the meeting will be to discuss items of mutual interest.
Recommended Motion
“I move to call a Special Town Council Meeting on July 29, 2019 at 6:00 p.m., to be held at the Douglas County Philip S. Miller Building, 100 Third Street.”
