Executive Summary
The purpose and intent of this report is to provide Town Council with a summary of quasi-judicial projects. In order to provide all parties with due process under law, decision makers must be fair and impartial when considering quasi-judicial applications such as those attached to this memorandum (Attachment A).
Many of the attached projects do not have public hearing dates yet, but Town Council could be asked to consider them in the future. The Town’s Development Activity map provides information on staff-reviewed applications and applications already approved by Town Council. Those applications can be found at: CRgov.com/ <http://www.crgov.com/inyourbackyard>developmentactivity.
New Applications
Memmen Trails Planned Development Zoning Plan - Staff received a complete application for the Memmen Trails Planned Development Plan and Zoning Regulations. The proposal includes a 15.78 parcel located between Memmen Ridge Park to the north and the Glover Subdivision to the South. The plan proposes townhomes and paired homes for a total of 120 dwelling units (7.7 dwelling units/per acre). This project will be scheduled for public hearings with Planning Commission and Town Council. The proposed project is located within Councilmember Bower’s district.
