Executive Summary
The Board of Adjustment has recently accepted the resignation of a board member, leaving a vacancy on the board and an even-number of voting board members, thus necessitating an immediate recruitment process. The vacancy was advertised in March 2019, and the Town received responses from five applicants. Interviews were conducted by the Board Chair Linda Baumann and staff liaison with all of the applicants on March 27.
The Board of Adjustment is recommending the appointment of Kenneth Arnold, for a partial term ending May 31, 2019. The interview panel believes that Kenneth’s background and experience would make him a valuable member of the Board of Adjustment.
