Executive Summary
Each year, a joint meeting between the Castle Rock Parks and Recreation Commission and the Douglas County Parks Advisory Board is typically held during the summer to receive/provide updates on current projects. This year, Castle Rock staff have offered to host the Advisory Board during the scheduled July 17, 2019 Parks and Recreation Commission meeting. If approved, the July 17 joint meeting will simply replace the originally scheduled Parks and Recreation Commission meeting.
Proposed Motion
“I move to approve the joint meeting with the Douglas County Parks Advisory Board to replace the regularly scheduled Parks and Recreation Commission meeting on Wednesday, July 17, 2019 at 5 p.m.”
