Executive Summary
Town Council approved Ordinance 2015-07 authorizing a Hearing Officer to serve as the Local Liquor Licensing Authority and an Alternate Hearing Officer could be appointed by Town Council if needed.
If the Hearing Officer becomes unavailable and a time-sensitive issue arises, staff recommends that a Castle Rock Municipal Judge or Alternate Municipal Judge serve as the Interim Hearing Officer until the Hearing Officer is available or a new Hearing Officer is appointed by Town Council.
