Cuba Cuba Sandwicheria LLC dba Cuba Cuba Sandwicheria located at 6375 Promenade Parkway, Suite B120 is applying for a New Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License; and has requested a Concurrent Review. Their application was sent to the State on January 22, 2019.

• Petitions reflecting the needs and desires of the adult inhabitants of the neighborhood have been submitted, and 99% of those questioned favor issuance of the license. Representatives of the petition company will be present at the hearing to provide additional information requested by the Authority.

RECOMMEDATION
Staff recommends approval of the application for a New Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License.
