Executive Summary
The Town Manager and staff are seeking direction related to the Town Council Study Session scheduled on March 12, 2019.
The current meeting schedule for March is:
March 5, 2019 - Regularly scheduled Town Council Meeting
March 12, 2019 - Study Session
March 19, 2019 - Council Meeting Canceled: DC Schools Spring Break
The Town Manager, Mayor, and possibly other members of Council are planning to attend an out-of-town conference on March 12, so the study session may need to be rescheduled to another date or possibly canceled. The March 5 meeting, from 5-7 p.m. appears to be a good possibility.
Proposed Motion
“I move to reschedule the March 12, 2019 Town Council Study Session to _______”
Or
“I move to cancel the March 12, 2019 Town Council Study Session.”
