Executive Summary
With the resignation of Max Brooks, Planning Commission must appoint a designee to the Design Review Board. Mr. Brooks served as the Vice-Chair to the DRB, his current appointment runs through May, 2019.
The Design Review Board meets the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month, they are responsible for reviewing all development applications that require a Downtown site plan to achieve the goals and objective of the Downtown Master Plan, the Downtown Overlay District and the Historic Preservation Plan. The seven-member board is comprised of two Downtown property owners; two representatives each from the Downtown Development Authority and Historic Preservation Board, and one representative from the Planning Commission.
