Executive Summary
Per Commissioners request, staff is providing a brief summary regarding the current state of the Public Art Fund.
At the close of October, 2018, the Year to Date actual of the Public Art Fund was $64,071. Since that point in time, a check request in the amount of $500 was submitted to pay Mary Williams and John King for presenting a refined proposal to the Commission at the November meeting for the Philip S. Miller Park art project.
In 2019, an additional $25,000 will be appropriated to the Public Art Fund from the Philip S. Miller Trust Fund.
