Executive Summary
Town Council members serve as liaisons on Town Boards and Commissions as well as other organizations.
Current Council liaison assignments are attached (Attachment A).
At this time, no action is being requested of Council. Rather, staff is requesting Council review the list, noting where there are vacancies created by the departure of Mayor Green, Mayor Pro Tem Valentine and Councilmember Ford, and determine which Boards and Commissions and other organizations each member is interested in serving on. Once Councilmembers have determined their preferences, the requests can be reviewed and discussed at the next Council meeting, after which, staff will prepare a master list of appointments for ratification by Council.
