Discussion

Community Relations creates communication plans for Town projects and initiatives that require public education. Each plan establishes the key messages to be communicated related to a project, as well as the communication tools to be used, including social media, printed materials and videos.

The division presently has 11 active communication plans:

                     November charter election

                     Downtown Mobility Study public meeting

                     Fire strategic plan

                     Gold Medal awareness

                     Wolfensberger roundabout

                     Millers Landing landfill remediation

                     Your Tax Dollars at Work

                     Redistricting

                     Pavement Maintenance Program

                     Rock Watch

                     Castle of Terror

Staff is glad to provide Council additional information regarding any current or upcoming communication plans as requested.
