Executive Summary
With the passage of House Bill 18-1025, the Liquor Code, Beer Code, and Special Event Liquor Permit Statutes are all moving to Articles 3, 4, and 5 under Title 44 of the Colorado Revised Statutes.
This bill will become effective October 1, 2018; so staff is proposing an amendment to Chapter 2.17 and Section 5.08.020 of the Castle Rock Municipal Code to update the references to the correct Statute citations.
